½ cup of Shetler Salted Butter
½ cup of Shetler Heavy Cream
¾ cup of freshly shredded parmesan cheese
8 oz. of fettuccini noodles
4 oz. cream cheese
1 garlic clove (minced)
Fresh chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. In a large saucepan, cook fettuccini as directed on package
2. While fettuccini is cooking, in 2-quart pan, heat butter and heavy cream over low heat stirring constantly until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, garlic, cream cheese, salt, and pepper
3. Drain fettuccini and return to saucepan. Pour sauce over warm fettuccini and stir until pasta is well coated
4. Garnish with chopped parsley
